Instruction: Upon receiving instruction from a solicitor, we provide an estimated fee based on the required work.

Agreement: Once fees are agreed upon and terms and conditions are signed, we arrange a medicolegal appointment promptly.

Relevant questionnaires are sent to the client beforehand.

Examination: Dr. Simon Law conducts a comprehensive pain medicine examination. If an in-person examination is not possible, remote or home visits can be arranged as required.

Reporting: After reviewing all documentation and completing the examination, Dr. Law drafts and finalises the full medicolegal report, submitting it within the agreed timeframe.
